This 4 Days at Murchison Falls National Park will enable you to explore Uganda’s largest Conservation Area within just 4 days. The biggest highlights of this trip are; Rhino tracking in the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, game drives in the park, a boat cruise to the Bottom of the Murchison Falls and the Top of the Falls Experience.
You will be picked from the airport by a tour guide from the company who will then take you to your hotel where you will spend the night.
Breakfast at the lodge, and you set off to Murchison Falls National park. Upon arrival you will have lunch and proceed to the park to view the top of the falls and prepare to do an evening game drive. Dinner and night at lodge.
On this day after your breakfast, you will have a game drive in the park and later in the afternoon after your lunch, do a boat cruise. Murchison Falls National Park lies at the northern end of the Albertine Rift Valley, where the vast Bunyoro escarpment transforms into a vast savannah dotted with palm trees. Murchison Falls is home to more than 144 mammals, 556 species of birds, 51 reptiles and 51 amphibians. With large numbers of African elephants, Murchison Falls is impressive all year round. Historically, giraffes inhabit exclusively the northern sector of the park. Buffalo populations have soared to more than 10,000 while Uganda kobs have surged to more than 35,000. After the boat cruise you will proceed with an evening game drive. Dinner and night at the lodge.
After breakfast at the lodge, you will set off for your journey to Entebbe via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, do the Rhino tracking, have lunch and proceed to Entebbe for your Flight back home
